The Skills Management tool is a platform for sharing information about skills and career paths, enabling employees to compare their skills and positions with others, and make informed career-related decisions.
On the primary page, employees are provided with an option to create a professional profile.
They can either manually enter the required information or seamlessly integrate their LinkedIn account with the platform.
The profile encapsulates pertinent details of an employee's career progression and accolades within the organization,
enabling other managers to identify suitable candidates for ongoing or new projects quickly.
To design the new platform, I considered the feedback received from the previous version.
The biggest challenge was working within the brand book's constraints, which prohibited using icons or illustrations.
Therefore, the colors, shapes, composition, and font align with the brand book's guidelines.
A dedicated skill section has been designed to enhance collaboration within the company.
Users can upload certificates to showcase their skills and plan for new ones they wish to acquire in the upcoming year.
They can also search for members with similar skills to compare and learn from each other.
